Custom orders are for customers who want to bring their own logo, business branding, artwork, photo or wording. We can help prepare the design and arrange a custom print on apparel, mugs, plates, tote bags, tumblers and water bottles.
How to place a custom order
- Send us your idea. WhatsApp your logo or artwork, the item you want, the quantity and any colour or placement preferences. If you only have an idea, tell us and we can discuss the design with you.
- We’ll discuss the design and quote. We’ll contact you within 24 hours to confirm the item, print size, design requirements and final price. Pricing depends on the product and customisation.
- Review your proof. We’ll prepare a design proof for you to check. We only proceed once you approve it.
- Place your order. Once the design and price are confirmed, we’ll send you the next steps to complete payment.
- We print and ship. After approval and payment, we produce your custom item and arrange delivery.
